Negotiate a Raise

Inflation is on the rise but it is not all bad news.  Wall Street Journal is reporting that many companies are offering higher pay to support employees in keeping up. 

But don't expect every employer to initiate the increase.  Bosses are often too busy to your needs on their radar.  And if they make more than you, the impact of inflation might not feel as personal to them as it does to you.  So you may need speak up and ask for it.     

Negotiating a raise might be something you have not done before and therefore feel awaked or uncomfortable.  But rest assured....  There are things you can do to feel confident and secure in your request. And even better...there are lots of strategies to success.  I can help!
